Prep cook responsibilities
Making all house sauces, cutting all meats, rotating all products, cleaning fryers and most deep clean projects as well a staying on top of all dishes. With the possibility of training on the line with time.
Line cook Responsibilities
Stocking and Prepping all items for your station. Be on time, Check in and put away orders, Multitasking and serving high volumes of food in a timely manner to exceed expectation.
