We are looking for a full time line cook. Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate. Must have access to reliable transportation. Nights and weekends are a must but there is a lot of flexibility with personal schedules.

-Our ideal candidate would have an interest in learning and personal growth in this industry.
Sous chef:
We are looking for a sous chef to help run the line. This is a full time position. Requirements include but aren't limited to:
-managing dinner service 1-2 nights per week
-being comfortable working all stations
-training staff in relation to new dishes and recipes
-maintaining cleanliness and organization
-servsafe certification or ability to get certified within 3 months of starting
-maintaining inventory to reflect food cost/budget
Our ideal candidate:
-is someone who has a hands on approach to learning and training the kitchen team
-Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
-Someone with a proven track record of reliability
-someone who is personally motivated and wants to grow with the team.
