$20/Hr Part Time Restaurant/Bar Auditor

Sculpture Hospitality is a company that provides liquor and food auditing services to many types of restaurants/bars. We count inventory and then compare that to the sales and purchases and take a deeper dive into a restaurant's profitabilty and how we can improve their losses. We are looking for a part-time employee interested in becoming a full-time employee as we grow as a company. No Hospitality Experience is necessary but helpful. We are willing to train the right employee. The right employee will be someone who is a reliable, self-motivated person looking to gain a deeper knowledge of how the restaurant process functions. The initial responsibility will be to assist in counting the inventory. We will train you on our proprietary software and the process. As the employee becomes more comfortable we will expand the responsibilities to help download sales and input purchases along with analyzing the data. Eventually, the candidate will engage as a client liaison. The goal is to have this position to become full time and the employee will be become a management role to be in charge of new employees and help manage the clients. The work day is 5-6 hours Monday Through Wednesday starting at 5:00 a.m. The position requires your own transportaion and will require driving from Marlboro-Tewksbury and in between as well as 1 day in Boston. The Position also requires the ability to lift heavy kegs of 175 pounds.
