Bootleg Special is looking for a General Manager. Ideally, someone who has incredible knowledge of food, beverage, and service. The right candidate must have a strong hand in building, constructing and formulating service, bar and food programs. This is an incredible full time position for someone that is passionate and focused in this industry with the capability of potentially balancing a few operations.
We are interviewing for candidates with immediate availability who is looking to stay in the restaurant management field and would like to work in a professional and fun environment. Someone with excitement, attention to detail, organizational skills, sense of humor and just enjoys working in a busy restaurant and jumping in and helping in all positions needed. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in becoming a part of the team and have a passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for food, beverage and service.
You should have strong experience in effectively evaluating and leading a young, growing team; as well as some operation duties. Your responsibilities will consist of maintaining guest service standards, assist with staff training, development initiatives, and will assist with other management as needed.
