Chef Jason Santos (of Buttermilk & Bourbon, Citrus & Salt, and Hell’s Kitchen fame) is opening Ghostlite Tavern—a bold new concept in Boston’s theatre district—and we’re looking for an experience Executive Chef to help bring this vision to life.
About the Role:
You’ll be the kitchen commander, responsible for building and running a high-performance culinary team while collaborating with Chef Santos to develop a craveable, chef-driven menu that brings tavern classics into the now. This is your chance to put your stamp on a brand-new restaurant from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For:
Executive Chef or CDC experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Strong leadership chops and a cool head under pressure
Creative drive, sharp palate, and a passion for bold, comforting flavors
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, and cost controls
Ability to hire, train, and inspire a team
