Italian Restaurant looking for new Chef.
Must understand kitchen operations as well as able to put out a top-quality product. This includes management of your team, scheduling, vendor relationships and staying on top of your food costs and labor.
This isn't a position for someone not looking to lead by example, roll up their sleeves and get things done. You will be making sure our menu is top notch and create monthly specials, etc while understanding there is a process to things and not just shoot from the hip.
