Salary up to $90K DOE + benefits + PTO
- Must have previous CDC experience at reputable restaurants
- Must have experience with full service, upscale, high volume dining
- Experience managing food and labor costs, menu development, food safety knowledge
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to mentor, train and educate a team on all BOH related skills
