Hiring immediately. We are In search of an exceptional hands-on Sous Chef to partner and run the kitchen with our team as we get ready for the spring and summer seasons.
Must be able to lead from the line while being able to ensure production of all menu items from all other stations come out in a timely manner with proper plate presentations and temps. You will need to have an upbeat and positive personality and a positive career history but we offer what we think is an exceptional and enjoyable career environment.

Must have 2 or more years of experience in a supervisor role
Must have experience in a full production kitchen
Must understand sanitation
Utilizing waste controls and pars to control food cost
Valid Driver’s license
Reliable transportation
