Position: Full-Time Catering / Front of House Attendant
Location: North Reading, MA
Schedule: Monday through Friday - NO nights or Weekends!
Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary:
The Cafe Attendant reports to the Chef Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the front of the house, coffee station and delivering catering for our customers within our corporate café! Cafe Attendant candidates must have strong customer service skills and attention to detail. In addition, the Cafe Attendant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be focused on excellent customer service!
The Cafe Attendant will assist the Chef with catering orders and other food prep work as needed.
Essential Functions and Key Tasks::
Maintain and stock retail areas and coffee stations
Responsible for setting up catering deliveries according to company guidelines
Stock retail areas with all items necessary for service
Deliver great customer service to customers
Assist in supporting culinary staff at numerous stations as directed
Provide excellent customer service to include being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers
The Cafe Attendant works with and takes direction from the Chef Manager
Cafe Attendant Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 - 3 years' experience in similar position
Previous customer service experience in food service
Dependable
