Hello! We are in the process of opening our cafe at Flora's in West Newton. We are already a small bar and restaurant in the evenings and will be opening for daytime coffee and cafe service. We are seeking individuals with coffee and cafe experience for shifts between 6am and 4pm, we can be flexible on hours as needed for the right candidate. The position will entail counter service as well as assisting in the kitchen of the cafe and alternating shifts in the back of the house. A welcoming personality and focus on guest interaction and service are also very important to us as we have built a regular following through our bar and restaurant over the years and we want to carry this over to our new operation!
