- Manage and execute the design and implementation of new Workday HCM functionality
- Analyze and classify new enhancements or production issues to Workday configuration including identifying change needed and documenting scope of change and impact on other Workday functionality
- Manage and lead aspects of Workday data conversions, our Workday annual cyclical events or Workday releases as needed
- Partner with business clients to gather and document business requirements
- Partner with HRBT colleagues in the design, testing and support of Workday integrations
- Pursue innovative ways to improve our current processes
- Collaborate with HRBT and HR to provide production support for clients on HR related applications, including addressing inquiries on functionality, internal processes, or data discrepancies
- Follow the full development lifecycle of gathering business requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment
- 5+ years relevant experience in HRIS/HRIT with Workday HCM configuration required
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures (i.e. compensation, benefits, payroll, time tracking, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, inform appropriately, and self-manage among multiple priorities
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
