Technical QA Analyst

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical QA Analyst to join our Boston studio team working on Cyberpunk 2, the next game in the Cyberpunk franchise. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and stability of our games, and we are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools. If you are passionate about games and have a proven track record in QA, we want to hear from you!Daily ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive testing and verification of new game and engine features, including performance and stability checks across different platforms.Develop, execute, and optimize advanced test cases, test suites, and test plans, both automated and manual, to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.Collaborate closely with programmers, technical artists, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality output.Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights to improve the quality of the game.Participate actively in risk assessments, strategy development, and process improvements within the QA domain, adapting to changing priorities and project needs.Create and refine reports using data and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide in-depth status updates and highlight trends that influence project decisions.
