Targeted Lipid Nanoparticle Development Scientist

The candidate will have a highly visible and integral role towards the process development, scale-up, and manufacturing of Gene Therapy LNPs. The ideal candidate will have experience with lipid nanoparticle formulation, various mixing equipment, TFF system, characterization tools and understanding/knowledge of process parameters. In this highly collaborative and cross functional role, you will help develop/optimize the client process and improve process understanding for multiple programs at various stages of non-clinical development.Key responsibilitiesIndependently and collaboratively design and execute lab studies.Summarize experimental results and share scientific insights with cross-functional teams.Contribute to the development of targeted lipid nanoparticle (TNP) formulation scale-up processes.Perform routine characterizations of LNP/TNP to capture their physical and chemical properties.Adhere to GLP and maintain good documentation practices using an electronic lab notebook.Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean lab environment.Follow documentation and safety protocols.Write protocols and technical reports to support formulation development.
