You will be part the Lab Automation Team.How Will You Make an Impact?:Leading the growth of Lab Automation business, you will help our Semiconductor customers embrace TEM Metrology automation solutions. This contributes to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.A Day in the Life:
Cultivate positive connections with key customers to build our product roadmap
Collaborate with Sales and R&D partners to meet annual revenue plans
Build content like videos and presentations to communicate the product's value proposition.
Work with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, and with product owners, marketing content designers, and product developers to craft marketing content
Work with marketing teams to develop sales tools, collateral, training materials, and demos
Collect and process customer feedback, and managing product roadmap
Keys to SuccessEducation:
Bachelors degree required
Advanced technical degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in Software related field.
Experience:
5+ years proven leadership experience in Software Application product marketing
Experience in the Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry.
Business development experience through Sales or Marketing.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
Experience in a global, highly matrixed, multicultural organization.
Ability to travel up to 25%, predominantly in Asia and North America
