- As a UX manager you are expected to be self-directed but also collaborative.
- Must possess superb communication, time-management and process-management skills.
- Experience using design tools preferred: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Bring the perspective of the user (their needs and problems) into the decisions the business makes everyday and advise
