Expertise in CRM Service, Contract mgmt, Service Orders, Service Confirmations, Pricing, (CPQ experience considered a plus) Cross Functional Knowledge of ECC-SD/FI/MM and C4C Configure and Customize CRM processes based on customer requirements Experience with requirements, design, Integration and testing Develop and have a broad knowledge about clients business processes.
