Job Title: Research Program AdministratorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Research Program Administrator to manage various program activities, including pre- and post-award processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to interface with executive leaders and work on special projects, providing a well-rounded experience early in your career.Responsibilities

Manage and oversee pre- and post-award processes for research programs.

Perform data cleanup and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

Interface with executive leaders such as the VP of Research Operations, SVP, and Directors.

Handle grants administration and program management tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience in grants administration.

Proficiency in research administration.

Strong program management skills.

Experience with data entry and data governance.

Familiarity with Workday.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with pre- and post-award processes.

Ability to work on special projects.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Work EnvironmentThis position offers a hybrid work environment with 2-3 days required onsite. You will work closely with executive leaders and a team of research administrators. The contract is through January 2026 with potential for extension.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
