They have background in cybersecurity and will work cross-functionally with various cybersecurity teams to ensure that security measures are effectively implemented and maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Manage cybersecurity initiatives, serving as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Coordinate with delivery teams to allocate resources and ensure timely initiative execution.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

Monitor & evaluate program performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.

Provide information/insight to help establish a big picture view of strategic objectives across the cybersecurity program ecosystem

Communicate clearly about program initiatives, performance metrics, and tactical updates.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the delivery experience.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in an IT focused discipline

2+ years of experience in technical delivery and/or project management

2+ years of hands-on experience managing IT initiatives

2+ years of experience with project methodologies and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on mentality, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex deliverables and to drive results.

Project management certification or Cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA) a plus.

Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
