Job Description
Position is remote, but candidate should live within the North East of the US.
DUTIES- Quotations as needed when Account Manager needs support
- Answers email inquiries and either handles or contacts Account Manager, updates call notes for AM
- Manages ICO requests
- Enters Call Notes
- Handles Onboarding – setting up initial LIMS accounts
- Second review for proposal write-ups
- Track down QA items such as MDL/RL Data
- Bid Tabulation Archive, Competitor Database Management
- RFP Responses
- Consider RFP Program for 2021
- Abstract Creation, Submission, Tracking
- Conference strategy (staffing, client events, attendee outreach) as attendance
- Marketing Management with ETA – Drinking Water
- Online Webcasts and Workshops (Scheduling, Scripting, Registration, Follow Up)
- Better ability to update Sales Server (off the shelf items)
- Sales Force Implementation
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate would possess:- Familiar with lab operations and project management (LIMS)
- Effective in communicating and multi-tasking
- Organized and Computer Proficient
- Online Research Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 year’s lab bench experience
