Description We are offering a long-term contract to hire employment opportunity in the Real Estate & Property industry for a Full Charge Bookkeeper, located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, conducting regular audits, and managing the entire accounting function of the company. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization. Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Excel Formulas to process and record transactions efficiently. Conduct Annual Budget and Cash Flow Analysis to ensure financial stability. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the Computerized Accounting System. Use OneSite software for property management accounting tasks. Prepare and analyze Financial Statements for internal and external audits. Conduct regular Audit Activities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial operations. Collaborate with team members to achieve finance department goals.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial records. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas is required to analyze and present financial data effectively. Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Experience in preparing Annual Budgets and managing them throughout the fiscal year. Ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis to monitor company's financial health. Familiarity with OneSite property management software is desired for efficient property management. Experience in Financial Statement Preparation to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Ability to perform Audit Activities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
