EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE COUNSELOR, Human Resources Faculty Staff Assistance

Provides employee assistance services to promote the resilience and well-being of Boston University faculty, staff, and their household family members. Services include direct clinical care, consultation and training to the organization, development of program promotion activities, and establishment of community linkages and a provider referral network. Services are provided on BU’s Charles River and Medical campuses with the option of some remote work. The position reports to the Director of the Faculty & Staff Assistance Office.
