Description We are offering an opportunity for an Associate to join our team in the business law and transactional practice industry. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, this role involves a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional duties. Responsibilities: Engage in business law practices, focusing on a variety of corporate and transactional operations Actively participate in mergers, acquisitions, sales, and restructurings Draft and negotiate contracts efficiently and professionally Provide support in general corporate governance matters Maintain a focus on banking and finance law practices Handle matters related to commercial contracts and contract law Develop and execute strategies for corporate and commercial practices Uphold and advocate for corporate governance principles Participate in mergers and acquisitions (M& A) procedures Utilize skills in contract negotiation and drafting contracts.
