Position Overview:
Maintain the organization and appearance of our luxury condominium property
Perform minor maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical work
Ensure the property is in excellent condition and create a safe environment for residents
Requirements:
Hard-working, motivated, and energetic individual
Minimum 3 years of experience as a super/handyman
Fluency in English
Basic knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Available for any emergency calls
Duties:
Monitor and inspect operating equipment daily
Paint, grout, and clean apartments
Perform preventative maintenance tasks
Maintain good relations with residents, tenants, and staff
