Job Description
Staff Management: Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating preschool staff and teachers.
Program Development: Creating and implementing age-appropriate educational programs and curriculum aligned with state standards and the preschool's philosophy.
Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, facilities maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Financial Management: Developing and managing the preschool's budget, including tracking expenses and revenue.
Parent Communication: Maintaining open communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Marketing and Enrollment: Promoting the preschool to attract new students and families.
Community Engagement: Building relationships with local organizations and community partners.
Professional Development: Providing opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, health information, and other relevant data.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring the preschool meets all state licensing requirements and regulations.

Requirements
EEC Lead Teacher or Director Certification
