Pre-K Teachers are responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for young children, generally aged 4 to 5 years

Job responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
Planning and implementing a curriculum that meets both individual and group educational needs
Engaging children in interactive activities that promote social, physical, and mental growth
Assessing children’s development and providing feedback to parents or guardians
Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom that fosters creativity and exploration
Guiding children in their emotional and behavioral development, teaching them about appropriate behavior and boundaries
Patience and empathy to handle the various moods and behaviors of young children, and the ability to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment
Collaborating with other teachers, school staff, and parents to support children’s progress and address any issues
Keeping accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and other relevant information
Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education practices and regulations
Must be available to work flexible hours according to the needs of the business
