## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.

## Responsibilities

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child

- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow

- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning experience

- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

- Incorporate educational activities that promote physical, social, and cognitive development

- Monitor and assess student progress to provide feedback and support

## Requirements

- Previous experience in childcare or education, including babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively

- Ability to manage a classroom of young children with patience and creativity

- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
