Job description
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Team Manager (CSM) who is friendly, smart and dedicated. The ideal candidate will be organized and a good leader, have strong interpersonal communication skills, pay high attention to detail and be committed to providing a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve customers by providing accurate product and service information
Successfully train employees according to Fabricare's procedures and values
Manage the day-to-day operations of a customer service team
Analyze data to determine team effectiveness
Attract potential customers by being well informed, warm and friendly
Open and maintain customer accounts within the operating system
Analyze customer needs
Resolve product or service problems, follow through to resolution
Contribute to team effort
Keep work and customer areas clean and organized
Minimum experience 2 years
