We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Assistant at ABC Auto Works. Responsibilities:
- Handling and managing customer payments and invoicing
- Manage front desk and assist customers that walk in
- Ordering Parts
- Answering and making any phone calls to the shop
- Assist in cleaning the waiting room, from vacuuming to wiping windows
- Placing oil change stickers inside of customer vehicles
