What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule appointments for detailing services and consultations
- Process service bookings and manage customer accounts
- Follow up with customers after service completion
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable working 40 hours per week remotely
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our systems
