This is the top leadership position responsible to manage and orchestrate strategy, marketing, financial, administration, operational and staffing functions. Responsible for building culture and cohesiveness, while maintaining a structural leadership. This is an engaged in the details, hands on, sleeves rolled up role involving meeting with clients, staff, vendors, recruiting, training, coaching etc.

Area Manager Position Requirements:
5 years of relevant management responsibility.
Developing and achieving budget and operational plans.
Commercial landscape/janitorial industry experience depth required
Experience with building and leading teams and managing multiple locations.
Proven track record of growth, profit achievement and talent management
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Excellent written and verbal skill
The core business hours that you work may change based on business needs and weather-related events. Must have 24/7 availability during Snow and Ice Events and/or Storms.
