Real Estate Company looking for an experienced part time controller / accountant. Responsibilities include but not limited to overseeing / maintaining the books for multiple properties under management.
Looking for someone to oversee the financial team and make sure everything is accurate and capable of explaining the financials to both staff and clients if needed. Ideally someone familiar with the management software AppFolio or a quick learner.
