We are an independent insurance agent located in downtown Winchester looking for an experienced Insurance Account Manager or Client Services Representative to help us provide accurate, timely, friendly responses to customer service inquiries to help maintain and grow our clients’ trust.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain relationships with clients to best meet their insurance requirements
Quote new business
Evaluate coverage and determine insureds’ needs
Manage existing client accounts
Issue binders, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and other policy documents
Interact with Registry of Motor Vehicles agency portal
Find opportunities to cross-sell insurance products
Assist with claims processing
Keep records of all client interactions
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an insurance sales/customer service role, or with an independent insurance agency or insurance carrier
Familiarity with Registry of Motor Vehicles processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven relationship building skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team player
Strong attention to detail
Salary Range: Highly competitive, depending on experience
