Interior DesignerResponsibilities:
Assist on multiple projects with mid to higher-level designers
Draft and render plans, elevations, and details for design development and construction documents
Receive technical guidance from the Project Manager on complex issues and project plans
Measure, document, and draft existing conditions of spaces and furniture
Develop presentation materials for design and client meetings
Produce design development drawings in Revit or CAD from CAD or hand-drawn schematics
Assist with design development for review, ensuring consistency with project-specific design intent
Draft and model trim, built-ins, furniture, cabinets, and technical details in presentation and construction documents
Source and study selections for plumbing, stone/tile, decorative lighting, finishes, accessories, hardware, etc.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
3 - 7 years of residential design experience
Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
Strong communication, problem-solving, and professional written skills
Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Professional work ethic
Comfortable with taking direction
Ability to read construction drawings and prioritize tasks across multiple projects
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a plus
