Accounting Clerk

Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk in Belchertown, Massachusetts. This role entails managing customer interactions, scheduling, data entry, and billing in a dynamic environment. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls and ensure efficient communication Organize and maintain the calendar for scheduling appointments Process incoming mail and conduct weekly deed transfer mailings Oversee social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram Assist with website management tasks Process project invoices accurately and in a timely manner Carry out data entry tasks and billing operations Use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Microsoft Word, to manage and organize data Account reconciliation, invoice processing, and managing accounts payable and receivable using software like Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
