Large-Scale Cell Culture Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on individual to support large-scale mammalian cell culture and reagent generation within the Discovery Sciences team. This role is physically intensive and requires the ability to lift and handle large flasks and equipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced laboratory environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare large-scale cell reagents using mammalian cell culture techniques.Propagate and maintain various continuous cell lines according to established protocols.Verify protein expression using analytical methods such as:Flow cytometryWestern blottingSmall-scale protein purificationAccurately document experimental data in electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) in compliance with internal guidelines and SOPs.Follow lab schedules and standard operating procedures to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
