They are looking to bring an Analyst onboard in their Amherst, Massachusetts location. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, where the primary tasks include contract analysis, utilization, variance analysis, and modeling. Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and prepare reports for decision-making Utilize Microsoft Word. Excel and PowerPoint to compile and present data effectively Engage in auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist with budget processes and monitor capital management Develop financial models and conduct forecasting for business planning Perform variance analysis to identify trends and assess financial performance Participate in contract negotiation to secure advantageous terms Evaluate contract pricing and suggest cost-effective solutions Implement and refine financial procedures for optimized performanceRequirements Requirements: Candidate must possess at least 3+ years of relevant experience as an Analyst. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary. Familiarity with the Budget Processes is crucial. Ability to perform Forecasting is required. Experience in Financial Modeling will be a significant advantage. Proficiency in Variance Analysis is necessary. Experience in Contract Negotiation and Pricing is highly desired. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy.
