Description of Work:
- Assist users requiring access to protected resources.
- Work may include, but is not limited to, assistance with user accounts, password resets, and report writing.
- Develop information security standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Assist end users with applications and systems managed by the customer, and receive support enabling then to preform assigned duties.
- Implement concepts of least privilege and need to know.
- Experience and knowledge to document work processes and products.
- Experience and knowledge in Mainframe.
- Experience and knowledge of prioritizing many different projects and tasks based on the organization's needs, and guidance from management.
- Experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience in Computer Associate (CA); Top Secret access control database.
- Experience in strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
