PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive bids from qualified Contractors to provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide on-call and as-requested maintenance, repairs and construction of new drainage structures or components at various locations within the “project location” specified in this solicitation in various counties in Districts 6.
