Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Controller based in UPPER MARLBORO, Maryland. This role demands a hands-on approach and involves a variety of tasks related to accounting functions.Responsibilities: Reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy Preparing financial statements as part of regular reporting Conducting month-end close procedures to finalize financial activities Handling accounting functions using various software systems Responding to and resolving any issues related to the accounts or financial statements.Requirements Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is necessary. Proficient in handling all Accounting Functions. Experience with Month End Close procedures is required. Ability to prepare Financial Statements is essential. Proficiency in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation is mandatory.
