The role involves defining business requirements, developing adoption strategies, training users, and ensuring smooth integration of CAD, 3DX, and business systems. Key Responsibilities: ·         Analyze 3DX requirements and align business processes. ·         Develop and execute 3DX adoption and change management plans. ·         Engage stakeholders for planning, data migration, training, and enablement. ·         Communicate business impact, benefits, and change updates to key stakeholders. ·         Deliver 3DX training programs to ensure user readiness. ·         Assess organizational impact and implement mitigation strategies. ·         Address resistance to adoption, ensuring alignment with business expectations. ·         Create user scenarios for configuration and solution validation. ·         Provide business-critical PLM support and resolve issues proactively. ·         Oversee 3DX deployment, working with divisional super users. ·         Support product launches and prioritize business needs. ·         Track KPIs to measure 3DX adoption success
