Job Description:
Integrated Care Management is seeking dedicated and compassionate Autism Technicians / ABA Therapists to join our growing team. You will work directly with children and young adults with autism and developmental challenges in implementing individualized treatment plans to support their growth and independence.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing structured learning activities and individualized treatment plans
Supporting clients in recreational and community activities, including games and outings
Assisting with behavioral interventions and positive reinforcement strategies
Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills and chores
Supporting development of communication, social, and therapeutic skills
Qualifications:
Experience or training in ABA therapy, special education, or related field preferred
Patience, empathy, and passion for working with individuals with autism
Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed
