Customer Service Rep, Sales Rep, Sales Agent, & Salesperson
Job Summary:
The sales representative or sales rep is responsible for overseeing the sale of services from beginning to end. The individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer's needs and expectations are met. A sales rep should know their service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Learn and know our services inside and out
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefits and needs analysis of existing/potential customer to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Preparing weekly job schedules
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Maintaining client records
Job Skills & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Highly and self-motivated
- Prioritizing, time management and organization skills
- Flexibility
- Patience & Persistence to deal with customers and team members
