Bakery Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our bakery team!
This front-line role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, has excellent communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take and manage cake and custom bakery orders (in person and by phone)
Handle payments accurately (cash, credit, etc.)
Package and present bakery items beautifully
Maintain a clean and organized front counter and display area
Work closely with our bakers and decorators to ensure order accuracy
Assist with restocking products and supplies as needed
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Attention to detail, especially for custom orders
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and holidays.
