Job Title: PhlebotomistJob DescriptionAre you a skilled Phlebotomist looking for a new challenge? Join our team to assist in performing various assigned duties, trouble-shooting, training, and making workflow recommendations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data, and decontamination. You will also be expected to update patient information, collect and store specimens according to established procedures, and explain the process of the venipuncture or other specimen collection in a clear but courteous manner. Furthermore, you will be required to demonstrate techniques using straight needles and/or butterfly needles, fully understand all of the physicians' orders, and match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes.Hard Skills
