Piper Life Sciences is seeking a

Study Coordinator to join a life sciences company in the

Rockville, MD area. This role serves as the project manager for GLP studies and reports to the Principal Investigator (PI). ( This is a hybrid position with some on-site requirements )

Responsibilities for the Study Coordinator include: • Assist Principal Investigators (PI) and Study Directors in recording, verifying, and/or analyzing data from the studies. • Draft and/or review study protocols and submit study conduct documents to the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC). • Collaborate with external departments to ensure safety and procedural trainings are completed and documented. • Participate in study conduct meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes as needed. • Assist technical writers with collecting information to draft reports.

Qualifications for the Study Coordinator include: • Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences or similar degree is required, Master of Science is preferred. • Prior experience working with in vivo and in vitro GLP study protocols. • BSL-2 experience is required, BSL-3 experience is a strong bonus. • Ability to take initiative and manage project timelines is highly preferred.

Compensation for the Study Coordinator includes: • Salary Range: approximately $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
