SealingTech is looking for an experienced and talented Program Manager to join our Security Enhanced Information Sharing (SEIS) Mission Area, to drive delivery of a High-Performance Computing (HPC) solution that SealingTech is creating for the Department of Defense.Program Managers are the primary customer interface, managing staffing on the program or project, and tracking performance and cost throughout the program or project's lifecycle. They establish direction for the projects/programs, actively manage risks and opportunities, and structure activities in times of ambiguity. PMs attain internal resources, coordinate with functional leads and supply base, and update or brief leadership. They grow customer relationships, mentor, and develop talent, grow the business, and apply lessons learned from other projects. You will perform a variety of project and program management related tasks applied to complex and specialized technology problems. Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system or technology problems. You will apply analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning. You will direct and assist a team of software and systems engineers in the application of software and system engineering principles to the solution of secure systems design problems. Primary Responsibilities:
Lead business critical programs with significant complexity, size, and strategic value to the organization
Effectively manage all aspects of a complex program including scope management, financial management, resource management, stakeholder engagement, communication management, and quality management
Create, repair, grow, maintain, cultivate, and seek out customer relationships
Mentor and develop talent
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow assigned programs
Apply lessons learned from other programs
Performance Management of direct reports and program team members
Assisting with Business Development including growing work on a current project or securing additional work with current customer.
Minimum Qualifications:
US Citizen
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Requires one of the following:
MS degree with a minimum of 8 years of program management experience
BS degree or professional certification with a minimum of 12 years of program management experience
No degree with a minimum of 15 years program management experience.
Demonstrated strong leadership experience in various project delivery environments (milestone driven, agile, integrated)
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
PMI-ACP, PSM-II, or similar advanced agile certifications
Master's Degree
Broad knowledge and experience of PM governance and assurance processes
Broad knowledge and understanding of Business and project
Actively mentors junior members of the team
Comprehensive PM experience demonstrated in a professional role within a business or Project / Program/ Portfolio
Comprehensive understanding of business, project, markets, customers, strategic priorities.
Broad experience building relationships and negotiating outcomes with stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of the wider PM environment, and of developments and practices in the field.
Comprehensive understanding of the team structure, organization, processes, business, or project, to be able to implement PM approaches.
Comprehensive understanding of how the team integrates with other teams to achieve objectives.
Practiced commercial acumen acquired to contribute to commercial objectives of the business, project / program / portfolio.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PM methodologies and toolsets Extensive knowledge of the PM career framework including with Professional institutions
Comprehensive knowledge of PM governance and assurance processes
Significant knowledge & experience of influencing internal and external stakeholders Strong ability to capture, evaluate and share good practice
Functional knowledge spans several different disciplines which contribute to project decisions and successful outcomes
Knowledge of HPC
Experience with MS Teams, JIRA, and SharePoint

Salary Range: $158K-$182K and potential to qualify for bonuses. The anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
