Quality Control Manager - Civil

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager - Civil to join our team in the North East region of the United States. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes for civil engineering projects, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for civil engineering projectsLead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance and supportConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulationsAnalyze quality control data and prepare comprehensive reports for management and clientsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsPerform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential quality-related problemsStay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering and quality controlCoordinate with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors as neededContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and outcomes
