Description We are offering a long-term consultant opportunity for a skilled Payroll Manager! The successful candidate will be a critical part of our client's team, taking charge of all payroll-related activities, ensuring compliance, and leveraging their accounting knowledge to contribute to operations.Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of payroll processing for over 1,000 employees across multiple states Serve as the subject matter expert on UKG, using it efficiently for payroll processing Ensure adherence to payroll compliance standards and regulations Utilize UKG for various payroll and accounting functions Leverage your accounting knowledge to support our financial operations Monitor payroll systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions Ensure accurate record-keeping of all payroll-related information and documentation Handle any payroll-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses Conduct full cycle payroll activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process Stay updated on the latest payroll trends and regulations, ensuring our processes remain compliant and up-to-dateRequirements Comprehensive understanding and experience in Accounting Functions Proficiency in using UKG software for payroll management Demonstrated skill in Payroll Management Experience with Full Cycle Payroll is a must Ability to handle Payroll for over 1,000 employees Experience in managing Payroll across multiple states is necessaryRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
