Title:Senior Program AnalystKBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in support of PMA-205 in our Lexington Park, Maryland location. PMA-205 provides full life cycle acquisition of naval aviation platform and general training systems, training range instrumentation systems, and distributed mission training centers to provide U.S. Navy and Marine Corps pilots, naval flight officers, aircrew, and maintainers with the training equipment required to provide lethal capability and operational readiness. Role and Responsibilities:
Provides programmatic support for PMA-205. Tasking will include a wide range of duties in support of this effort.
Assess requirements for training devices for FMS DoD programs and provide recommendations applicable to both domestic and international programs. In addition, they shall perform student throughput, needs assessments, and other substantiating analysis to support the recommendations.
Assess training, training equipment, support, and test equipment.
Responsible for the development of training plans for Navy and DoD weapons systems tailored to both domestic and international program requirements.
Analyze Navy, DoD, and foreign operator training systems and provide recommendations to improve training effectiveness and lower the cost of training. Develop recommendations for training assets by considering all potential customers.
Participates in training-related events occurring in CONUS/OCONUS both in-person and virtual when required by the program office in support of specific FMS cases.
Reviewing training courseware such as authoring instructional material (AIM), content planning module (CPM) and learning objective module (LOM) to ensure correct formatting is present for acceptance into database.
Provides program management and acquisition support for the procurement of modifications to the current F/A-18E/F and EA-18G training system for maintenance training devices and various enlisted ratings for initial and career training courses.
Creates briefing material reporting cooperative program status to PMA-205 Leadership, DoN stakeholders, and Foreign Partner stakeholders.
Prepares formal letters, informal memoranda, presentations, point papers, and general correspondence.
Coordinates, supports, attends, and participates in various Maintenance Training System IPT meetings via Teams/WebEx and other significant program activities and events. Identify and analyze issues, record action items, recommend preferred courses of action to resolve action items, and ensure meeting minutes are completed.
Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
10 or more years of experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning.
Related work experience in a related field can be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Applicant must be a flexible self-starter and have the ability to work autonomously.
Experience with the Microsoft Office productivity suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, Teams and Word is desired .
Experience with Adobe and editing pdf documents is desired.
Must have excellent presentation skills, to present data to internal and external stakeholders.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/weekCompensation: $81,800 - $122,800The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
