Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Financial Services industry, located in LARGO, Maryland. This role involves a range of responsibilities including answering inbound calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and data entry. The position also requires exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in basic office equipment and skills.Responsibilities: Manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, redirecting as necessary Greet clients upon arrival, ensuring their comfort and directing them as needed Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing staff calendars and minimizing conflicts Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Provide outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Assist with other duties as assigned, supporting the smooth operation of the office. Requirements Proficiency in operating basic office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copiers Demonstrated skills in performing basic office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry Experience in answering inbound calls, and able to handle high call volumes Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing prompt and efficient service to clients Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with clients and team members Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High school diploma or equivalent required, further education or certifications in related field preferred Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary Proactive problem-solving skills, able to tackle challenges in a timely and effective manner Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting positively on the company at all times.
